倪雪萍，民歌歌唱家、教育家。师从著名声乐教育家、中国音乐学院院长金铁林先生，是李谷一（新民先锋人物）、彭丽媛（著名歌唱家，现第一夫人）、阎维文（中国最佳男高音）和宋祖英（著名歌唱家、第一位民歌博士）等的师姐妹。倪雪萍是中国第一位先后在北京、上海音乐厅等地举办个人音乐会，并现场直播的民歌歌唱家，音乐会均由中国音乐协会，表演艺术委员会，中国音乐学院，中央广播电台，上海市人民广播电台等主办，并开创了民歌演唱不用话筒扩音之先河。
倪雪萍来澳定居前是中国音乐家协会会员和中国少数民族声乐协会理事。她先后获得许多大奖，创作歌曲“苏杭一线牵”获全国演唱一等奖，江苏第二届歌手大赛专业组二等奖。她成功地演唱了“太湖美”、“送花船”等江南新民歌，受到著名音乐评论家李凌先生的赞誉，并被广大听众誉为“江南百灵”。
倪雪萍的演唱，除熟练掌握民歌技巧外，还能广采百家之长，吸取西洋美声、中国传统戏剧如京剧、评弹及各民族表演、甚至流行歌曲都完美地贯穿于她的演唱风格之中。
倪雪萍在中国音乐学院曾担任恩师金铁林先生的助教，而因此受益匪浅，深得金先生教学真谛而获溢终生，并且从她学生的演唱风格中进一步体现。
2013 年，在由中国文化部，中国音乐家协会和中国音乐学院等七家国家顶级权威机构举办的香港第七届世界青少年音乐节上，倪雪萍获得国际著名导师奖。

Ni Xueping, a renowned folk song singer, coloratura soprano and coach, was taught by Jin Tie lin who is a most famous vocal coach and president of China Conservatory. The prestigious singers who are also trained by Mr Jin include: Li Guyi (pioneer new folk song singer), Peng Li yuan (famous singer and first lady of the country), Yan Weiwen (best tenor in the country), Song Zuying (renowned and first PHD of fork song singer) etc, they are all NI Xueping's fellow alumnus. In fact, she is the first folksong singer in China holding personal concert in Beijing grand musical hall (known as musical palace), Shanghai grand musical hall, Shandong and Jiangsu province which successively organized by National Performing Arts Committee,Chinese Musicians Association, China Conservatory, China National Radio Broadcasting Station, Shanghai People's Broadcasting Station, and pioneered in folksong singing without microphone amplification system which need advanced vocal skills and stage performing experience.
Before settling in Australia, Ni Xueping was a member of China National Musicians' Association and permanent member of China Minority Group Vocal Music Association. The numerous awards she won include Screen Award in National Television Competition, first prize winner for “Shuhang Joining Together” (a national song composition contest), 2nd class prize in folk style singing for professional group of Jiangshu Second Singer Competition and many others. She was hailed by the public and industry experts as the "Southern Lark" due to her singing of some famous folk songs, such as “ Beautiful Taihu Lake”, “Flowers boat”, etc and was highly spoken of by Mr. Li Ling, an authoritative academic and famous music critic.
Apart from being a master of folk style singing technique, NI Xueping also absorbs the strengths of other styles, such as western bel canto, Chinese traditional operas like Peking Opera, ballad singing in Shuzhou dialect and even pop music which all flow throughout her singing style.
While being a teaching assistant of professor Jin Tielin, she learned his true teaching essence, which benefits her over the time and is reflected both in her singing career and her students' singing styles.
In 2013, she was award International Excellent Tutor at the 7th Art Festivals of International Adolescents in Hong Kong organized by 7 national leading authorities such as Ministry of Culture of People's Republic of China, China Musicians Association and China Conservatory.
