Shanshan Dance School

范姗姗曾毕业于中国上海舞蹈学校主修古典芭蕾舞，中国古典舞和民间民族舞，悉尼Newtown艺术高中主修芭蕾舞，当代舞和现代爵士舞等。在2003年荣获由澳大利亚专业舞蹈教育家协会颁发的当代舞独舞表演金奖。之后毕业于西悉尼大学舞蹈教育本科，后进入悉尼Manly Pulse8青年舞蹈团担任主要演员。姗姗老师曾荣获2012年首届全球华人舞蹈大赛中国民族舞蹈 单,双,三人组铜奖以及中国古典舞蹈 群舞组铜奖

为了弘扬中华民族文化，范姗姗创办了自己的舞蹈学校，先后培养了数名优秀学员，有的考入专业艺术院校，有的荣获舞蹈比赛大奖等。

姗姗老师现任澳洲Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing芭蕾舞考级资格注册教师；中国舞蹈家协会中国舞蹈考级资格注册教师。

Ms Shanshan originally came from Shanghai, China and started dancing at the ages of five. She had full time professional dance training at Shanghai Dance School in China for 6 years; major in Classical Ballet and Chinese Folk Dances and Chinese Classical Dances. In Sydney, she studied Ballet, Contemporary and Jazz/Hit Pop at Newtown High School of the Performing Arts. She won Dance Educators Professional Association Award in 2003 and completed her dance education degree at University of Western Sydney in 2006. During her time in studying and teaching career, she has been invited to perform solo dances in numerous special occassions both in China and Australia. She was also one of leading dancers at Manly Pulse8 Youth Dance Company.

In 2012, Ms Shanshan won both the Bronze Award of Solo Chinese Folk Dance Category and Chinese Classical Group Category?for the 1st Global Chinese Dance Competition. She established her own dance studio to promote Chinese dance cultures and unite the communities. She has trained numerous talented young dancers who made successful for dance competitions and performing arts school auditions.
