Sydney's Chinese New Year Festival has grown from a modest community street market in 1995 to one of the largest Lunar New Year celebrations outside Asia. In the 16-day program includes performances, talks, tours, entertainment, installations, exhibitions and special one-off events celebrating the diverse cultures that observe Chinese New Year.
Huaxing Arts Group Australia: St.George Arts And Entertainment, Ocean Dream Cultural Arts, International Elite Cultural & Arts Center, Aizguille Dance, Oz Oriental Dance, as a Sydney local community was proud to participated in Chinese New Year Parade on 22 Feb 2015 at Sydney, with a banner to clear the way, followed by the 36 standard Huaxing Arts Group flags.

The Chinese New Year provides opportunity for the display of traditional Asian talent from local performing arts organisations, share the traditions of Chinese culture to The City of Sydney. With a well-balanced cast, great artistic attainment and integrity of comprehensive arts, wonderfully enriching performances are produced. The Chinese New Year twilight parade has thus become an important symbol of Australia’s cultural diversity.
