Commemoration Concert of 

Sun Yat-sen

A nation will not forget their history, nor less, 

forget the integral people who led the nation forward

      In commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the birth of Sun Yat-sen, Host by Huaxing Arts Groups Australia with the assistant of the Australian Chinese Performing Artists' Association, Huaxing Arts Group Australia successfully compiled, directed, and produced an epic concert - 'Sun Yat-sen', The concert took place on the 6th of October at Sydney Town Hall.             A nation will not forget their history, nor less, forget the integral people who led that nation forward. A great patriot and fighter for the pursuit of national independence, democracy, and happiness of livelihood, the Sun Yat-Sen is of no little significance to the Chinese people, who have cherished his memory and achievements throughout the years. Living by his lessons in national independence and freedom, he is still of great significance and influence for countless Chinese people to this today.

    Hence, it is in this 150th anniversary of the birth of Sun Yat-Sen that a commemoration celebration was enacted in Sydney in remembrance of the great figure to citizens of Chinese background in Australia. Cherishing his achievements and legacies, we carry forward Sun Yat-Sens’s patriotism and enterprising spirit to further unite the sons and daughters, both home and abroad, to concrete the Chinese dream.
