The Moon Festival, also known as the Mid-Autumn festival, is one of the most important events in the Chinese calendar, celebrating the harvest of the year. There is a Chinese saying about the Moon Festival that means when the moon is at its fullest, people come together.

    In celebrate of the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival, The Huaxing Arts Group a special occasion A Stellar Night at Huaxing has been take place on 7 September 2016 at Sydney Town Hall with success.

   The event included: Award-winning singers Dong Wenhua and Wang Hongwei graced the stage, as well as singer Li Liping, renowned magician-turned-actor Zhao Yuying, flute prodigy Lu Tao, soloist Feng Ran, and martial artists Li Tao and Dong Rei, together with many local dance and performing arts troupes.
